Summerfield Books & Treesource
Treesource was originally established by arboriculturalist Jo Ryan in 2000, the Treesource website acting as the portal to her business, which included a consultancy service and a mail-order book shop. Jo also produced an annual ‘Tree source’ book for a few years, a popular directory cum reference manual for all things related to Arboriculture, the kind of information that is now much more readily available by just browsing the web. Wishing to focus on her developing consultancy work, Jo passed the bookshop side of her business to Summerfield Books in 2014.
We have created a new Treesource.co.uk website, as a stand-alone bookstore, with the intention going forward of eventually integrating the Treesource and Summerfield Books sites into one web site, as customers became familiar with the two names being synonymous.
Our new website allows us to provide, amongst other improvements, an expanded range of titles and services, better searching options and simplified purchasing.
We support and encourage the education and training sector and we have one of the widest ranges of tree titles in stock anywhere in the world. Perhaps most importantly, we have the knowledge and experience to make sure the customer gets what they need, after nearly twenty years of doing so, we are excited about the next stage in the life of Treesource.co.uk.
