T Levels – More Information
Forestry and Arboriculture are included in the Agriculture, Land Management and Production T level which is currently in development.
It is important that these qualifications are developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for work.
T Levels will offer students a mixture of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience during an industry placement of around three months. They will provide the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to open the door into skilled employment, further study or a higher apprenticeship.
The results of this survey will be fed back to the employer panel developing the standard for the T Level programme for the Department for Education and the Institute of Apprenticeships.
