The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for early-level and mid-level arboricultural consultants to join our expert team.

The role will work collaboratively within a team on projects involving trees in relation to planning and development, tree risk surveys, tree population management, contract administration and ancient / veteran tree surveys and advice.

We work around the UK and travel to projects is part of the job. Treework cover travel, subsistance and accommodation costs. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a supportive and deeply knowledgeable team.

The Candidate

You have a minimum Level 3 arboricultural qualification and 1-3 years’ experience in field-based surveying and data collection.

Ideally you will have experience with BS5837 and tree risk surveying, and good tree knowledge.

You need to be able to work both independently and within a team, and to be client focused and inquisitive about all areas of arboriculture and how these relate to the delivery of a successful project.

You will join the Treework Career Path which provides progression from Grade 1 (Trainee) to Grade 6 (Principal Consultant). We are currently looking for people who are at Grade 2, 3 and 4 (see framework below).

Salary Band: c. £31,000 to £38,800 per annum, dependent on Grade Level, plus bonus scheme and great benefits including 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), flexible working, 4% employer pension contribution.
